National Labor Conference
December 16 - December 18$100
Labor’s National Conference is our highest decision-making forum and Australia’s largest political gathering. National Conference plays a central role in defining the future of our Party and our nation.
The 2018 National Conference is critical in setting out our key priorities for the country, and will demonstrate that Labor is ready for government.
For the first time since 1979, the ALP National Conference is returning to Adelaide. The 48th National Conference will be held from Sunday 16 to Tuesday 18 December 2018 at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Over 2,000 people attend National Conference. This includes Labor’s Federal, State and Territory leaders and parliamentarians, national union leaders, party members and supporters, senior business leaders, members of the diplomatic and international community, not-for-profit organisations, and over 200 national and local media representatives.
Observer registration is now open.
Party members, affiliated union members, general observers and diplomatic observers are all welcome. In addition to the three days of policy debates on the conference floor, including Bill Shorten’s keynote address, you can visit our ever expanding exhibition and participate in one of the many exciting Fringe events – all at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Once registered, you can access competitive airfares and accommodation rates specially negotiated for ALP Conference delegates and observers.
